Brandon and I are officially in real estate mode.
Our house has been on the market for about two weeks now, and has been showing nicely. We’ve had a half dozen different people/couples come through so far, but no offers yet. And since our house is officially listed, Brandon and I have gone driving a couple of nights, scouting houses for sale and the neighborhoods they’re located in. It’s really been helpful since we’re still relatively new to town (arrived in 2001) and don’t know many of the neighborhoods we’re looking at.
